This is Incense:  “Out of the blue my beautiful friend sent a stunning set of incense, with the most amazingly calming, nurturing scents that made the newly renovated house smell like a spa. It was such an amazing gift, it lifted the whole family and prompted me to create a much needed ritual of self care (or, I've since learnt - adopt a Gentle Habit into my day).”

1. What were you gifted? Two boxes of ‘This is Incense’ - in Yamba and Byron Bay.
2. Why did your loved one gift it to you? To help me find a sense of calm in my new home, and to remind me to take a moment out for myself each day.  It might sound small, but it was exactly what I needed and she knew that.
3. How did it help / make you feel? After months of feeling like it would never happen, we finally moved our family into our dream home, only to find the builders still there, rubble and dirt everywhere, an unfinished bathroom, no kitchen. We'd envisioned it being an adventure, it was what we signed up for afterall, but it felt more like a nightmare; stress levels were high, comfort levels low. Out of the blue my beautiful friend sent this lovely set of incense, with the most amazingly calming, nurturing scents that made the house smell like a spa. It was such an amazing gift, it lifted the whole family, and really reminded us to take a moment just to sit and take stock of everything we had, rather than everything that felt hard.
4. Would you now gift this to someone else? I would absolutely give this to another friend, and will be re-buying 'Yamba' again for myself when it runs out.
