Lauren is a matwork and studio apparatus Pilates instructor and ex-professional ballet dancer, trained by the Royal Ballet. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in movement and has been teaching Pilates for over 15 years.

Elevate membership gives full access to an extensive library of carefully curated, passion-driven Pilates and movement sessions. Each session works to serve the mind and body to feel stronger, happier and healthier.

Lauren's classes work with bodyweight and props to constantly add variety and challenge to the repertoire.  Achieve transformative long lasting results, with your very own Pilates trainer in your pocket.

Lauren's Pre and Post natal programmes support mums or mums to be, through an expertly curated movement series. Filmed throughout her own pregnancy and post partum experience, Lauren guides and supports mums to move with confidence and stay active on their journey through motherhood. 

Membership includes:

1. A growing on-demand library of 120+ sessions including Pilates, Yoga, Barre and meditation. Varying in length from 10-60 mins. 
2. A dedicated 40 week guided Pregnancy Pilates series approved by physios
3. Physio approved 'Restore your core' postnatal programme.

5. Community chats to keep us motivated
6. Tutorials and "how-to" videos
