Understanding The Art of Showing Up
I've spoken to hundreds of women, who each generously shared their stories & lived experiences, and candidly revealed what actually helped them when life really happened (spoiler – it wasn't usually a grand gesture exchanged on one of the usual gifting holidays).
As I've gathered insights, listened to stories and collected anecdotes, I’ve compiled a list of all the ways in which we can show up for each other to ensure we feel seen, heard and supported. These insights also inform the products, services and experiences you see on this site.
What I've learnt (and experienced myself), is that life is getting busier, and the number of balls to juggle are increasing. We're also feeling more alone and overwhelmed than ever before. Let's change that, so we have more freedom to celebrate the ever-present beauty all around us as well.
