Northern Pasta isn't just any pasta, and that's why we've chosen to share it with you all. Crafted using traditional methods from regeneratively grown spelt, this isn't like pasta you've had before.
Not only is it tastier, it's also quicker to cook, more sustainable and easier to digest.
Why hasn't it been done before? We're not sure. But at least you can enjoy it now!
We love it with our Italian Meatballs and Pork & Fennel Ragu, but really you could enjoy this with almost any saucy dish.
