You will be welcomed with a hot drink and a warm smile. After a sage cleansing to remove any negative energies that you may be carrying, you will be guided into the North Sea to get outside your comfort zone and feel truly alive! Being guided into the cold water helps you feel reassured, we will practice some breathe work that will give you the tools to cope with the discomfort.
