PROCESS

1. After checkout, you and the gift recipient will receive a unique upload link (shareable for collaboration).
2. Upload up to 1000 images.
   • Phone images welcome.
   • Ideally use originals, not messaging service versions (eg. WhatsApp).
   • Don't worry about image quality - Jo from 20 Photos will provide guidance if needed.
3. Jo creates a shortlist gallery based on the preferences.
   • Review and finalise the selection. Add any missed images.
4. Jo professionally edits the 20 chosen images.
   • Edited files added to the personal gallery for download.
5. Prints hand-cut, packed, and shipped.
